The Nexus Nottings Dopamine TNN #2

Speak of it people do though, just not with me. Why not? Everyone’s issues get discussed. Why not mine? Their friends and families know it, as do their children.


I suppose that adults secretly hope I will be openly with my family sometime from the odd hints they let slip, their children are more expressive in their consternation about the intrusion in their lives that I represent to them.


The young as me are are envious of this pretender amongst them, an anomaly they cannot comprehend. They hear the talk that I don’t really belong here.


So, what is she doing here making our lives miserable with her comportment being used as the standard for judging ours - is the statement their demeanour towards me says.


This thinly veiled animosity defines my life world.
