The Nexus Nottings Dopamine TNN #3

People laugh when I tell them about Tarait’s conclusion about my story:

“Silence is the cacophony left from the destruction wrought by denial of voice.”

I know that they are not laughing at me. They laugh at my reference to Tarait because they know she does not exist.

She exists for me anyway. Tarait is my alter ego to whom I go when life is tough, and I need help to respond.

Tarait is also the friend who is always there and knows my struggles, because I sometimes tell people it’s all okay when it’s not. It keeps things calm when I don’t have to fight.
